About PRC

Mechanical construction experience, applied to project controls and recovery

We set up project controls that keep life science, data center, and industrial mechanical jobs on track, step in when a job is already late, and train teams so it doesn't happen again.

About PRC

Field experience, not theory.

Project Recovery Consultants is led by Timmy Davenport, Managing Principal, with 37 years in mechanical construction. PRC works with specialty mechanical subcontractors, general contractors, commissioning authorities, and owners on high-stakes life science, data center, and industrial projects.

Our lead offer is the PRC Project Controls Program: PRC sets up project controls on your live projects, builds two live dashboards from your data, and trains your team twice a week to run them.

We sign mutual NDAs before reviewing P6 files, P&IDs, or correspondence.

“True project recovery isn’t just about putting out fires—it’s about building a framework that prevents them from starting in the first place. I do consulting and team training to share hard-earned field experience and practical methodologies, helping professionals build absolute confidence in their skills. Like any structure that needs long-term stability, the foundation is the most important element. My goal is to help teams pour that foundation right the first time.”

  • 113 days of delay from a specialty valve gap scope, documented and recovered as extended general conditions through a change order.
  • Time extension granted through a Time Impact Analysis (TIA). Clash coordination was never signed off between the core & shell and fit-up construction managers, so underground stub-ups could not proceed until locations were verified.
