Questions

Project controls, recovery, and training questions

What is the PRC Project Controls Program?

PRC sets up project controls on your live projects from your estimate, job set-up, and P6 manpower, builds a Project Financial Controls dashboard and a Project Execution dashboard, and trains your team in two 90-minute workshops a week to run them. See the program →

Can project controls be set up in the middle of a project?

Yes. Set-up can be completed at any stage of the project. Most teams start on a job that is already running.

What is a project health check, and what does it cost?

A free 30-minute call with Timmy about one project. We look at your schedule, test package, or change order problem and tell you what we see and what your options are. There's no cost and no obligation.

How much do your services and training cost?

Pricing depends on your project, team size, and goals, so we set it in your free consultation. You'll get a follow-up email after the call with the plan and the price.

What is a Time Impact Analysis (TIA)?

A TIA inserts a delay event into the project schedule as a small network of activities (a fragnet) and measures how it moved the finish date. It's the standard way to prove excusable delay and ask for time, following AACE recommended practices.

What changes on a GMP life science job for a mechanical contractor?

Documentation, cleanliness, and turnover. Welds, materials, and tests must be traceable; work inside operating areas follows gowning and change control; and turnover packages must pass the owner's QA before commissioning and qualification.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Health checks and most reviews are remote. Recovery work and training can be on-site at your office or jobsite, live on Zoom or Teams, or a mix. We sign a mutual NDA before reviewing any files.

Which training program is right for my team?

Pick a length (12, 24, or 48 weekly sessions) and who attends (one or more role programs: executives, project managers, project engineers, admins, or field leaders). We tailor both in your free consultation.
